QUALITY - All assignments are predicated on our ability to understand, negotiate and meet customer requirements. The completion of an assignment based upon customer requirements will be the yardstick by which we measure quality.
SUITABILITY - M3 will accept only those assignments that they are qualified to undertake based on full knowledge of the clients' situation and the professional competence and capacity of the consultant involved.
ETHICS - All business transactions will be conducted honestly and openly with all parties involved. Withholding information, breaching confidentiality, misrepresenting the firm or consultant, coercion, falsifying documents, using privileged information to the disadvantage of an individual or client are not acceptable business practices.
DISCRIMINATION - No member of M3 will discriminate or deny service to any individual or group based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, income level or handicap. The only exceptions are included under government programs designed to address workforce imbalance by affirmative action.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST - Any business or personal relationships with a client or candidate that might affect a consultant's ability to conduct an assignment should be discussed prior to commencement. No member of M3 will use privileged client information to their personal advantage.
